Terms of service

JamCash is a tool for organizing and reporting on your own finances. It is not financial, tax or investment advice, and it cannot move money. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for decisions you make with it. These terms will be finalized before sign-up opens.

Who provides JamCash?

Sanford Labs LLC, a single-member Michigan limited liability company ("we"). Questions about these terms: michael@sanfordlabs.io.

Is JamCash financial advice?

No. JamCash organizes and reports on information you provide or sync. Budgets, projections and reports are arithmetic over that information, not advice.

What about bank sync?

Bank sync is provided by SimpleFIN Bridge, an independent service with its own terms. Data from your bank may be delayed, incomplete or wrong; check important figures against your bank.

What are my responsibilities?

  • Keep your password and API keys private, and revoke a key you no longer trust.
  • Use JamCash only for your own finances or ones you are authorized to manage.

Billing

JamCash will be a paid subscription. Prices, billing and cancellation terms will be added here before sign-up opens.

Which law applies?

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute is heard in the state or federal courts located in Michigan.
